Returns Policy

General Policy

Returns and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis, as most items on this store are made or decorated to order. Scoby Bros cannot accept returns unless the product is damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong color, size, logo).

Damage or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, photos must be provided as proof. Once verified, a call tag will be issued to you. After the item is returned and inspected for damage, either the correct item will be shipped to you, or a credit will be issued.

Notification Timeline

Scoby Bros must be notified of returns related to missing, damaged, or incorrect merchandise within 15 days of receipt. Please contact us at programs@scobybrothers.com to initiate the return process.
